PROBLEM

- You are expected to produce an orthographic set that si composed of 3 different (top - front - side) views of the given geometry.

orthographic projection
sectioning

Arch 111 _ AS05

Step 2 :
In the top view, rotate the object 30° clockwise and reproduce the orthographic set.

Arch 101 _ AS04

Start with producing the design elements listed above. Using the squares and strips*, you will be producing a 3D construct which defines a series of well defined volumes with the greatest complexity you can achieve. You will be applying the Intersect & cut & fold operations to squares and strips.

given design elements:

strip1_ 3aX11a

strip2_aX7a

square_2aX2a

Step 2 :
You will produce the 3D construct below, which composed of two intersecting planes. One of the planes should be a square (15X15 cm) and the other is a rectangle (12 X 28 cm).

Step 3 :

You are expected to apply the set of operations (you identified in the firststep) to the 3D construct you

produced in the second step.

Arch 101 _ AS03

Step 1 :
You are expected to take 2 photos of the same scene (with exactly the same angle and frame) which records different shade-shadow conditions. The photos should be black and white.

Objective: regulating lines, outlines, color, image overlap, background & foreground, text and image, alignment, balance, scale, hierarchy

Problem: You are expected to design a digital poster for the final exhibition of ARCH 101 course which will be shared on digital platforms.

Arch 101 _ AS02

This assignment builds upon your previous work in layering the facade(arch 101_AS01). Now, you will translate your analysis into a 3D construct/model.

We were assigned to make 5 layers from a facade we picked from a list, it was a fun 1st assignment.
